Returns & Exchanges

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions

• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• All labels and tags must still be attached.
• Pieces must be returned in their original packaging.
• Lingerie and nightwear may only be returned unworn, with any hygiene seal intact.

How to return a piece

1. Email service@maisonhadid.com with your order number and the pieces you wish to return.
2. We will confirm your return and send you the return address.
3. Send your parcel with a tracked service within 14 days of telling us.

Parcels sent without a confirmed return cannot be accepted.

Refunds

We refund the price of returned pieces to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking them. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Original delivery costs are refunded where the law requires it.

Exchanges

For a different size, please return the piece and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect pieces

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, write to us with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at our expense. Your statutory rights are not affected.
