How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 30 days of order confirmation. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has left us.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Switzerland, across Europe, and to Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and the United States. All available countries are shown at checkout.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery in Switzerland is complimentary from CHF 65 and costs CHF 7 below that. International delivery costs CHF 16. See Shipping & Delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All available payment methods are shown at checkout, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, unworn and with all tags attached. See Returns & Exchanges.

Do your prices include taxes?

Yes. Prices are shown in CHF and include taxes. For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs authorities may charge import duties or taxes.
